Private cycling tour up to 16 people.

This bike trip is accessible for all and gives you the chance to discover the wonders of the Lilibea coast.

With an early morning start, participants will be picked up from hotels in Palermo and we will take care of formalities, before departing via a private minivan and heading to Trapani (the starting point of the bike tour).

Once we’re there and the bikes have been unloaded, we will ride to the Riserva naturale delle Saline di Trapani e Paceco (the Nature Reserve of Trapani and Paceco’s Salterns) This is charming place, brimming with character, where you will be immersed in nature between salterns and windmills, surrounded by migratory birds that find the area of the salt marshes is an ideal place to stop. You will then arrive at the Museo del Sale (the Museum of Salt) situated in the midst of the salt flats, where we will stop a scheduled visit. After this stop, you will head back on your bikes and cycle towards the Stagnone di Marsala (Marsala Pond) with its characteristic windmills and picturesque beaches, which make it one the most beautiful and enchanted places on the west coast of Sicily. We will keep going until we reach the jetty for boats to the island of Motya, where we will stop for lunch (not included in the price). During this stop, participants will have the option to visit the island of Motya independently. After lunch we will cycle to Marsala where will will take a tour of the old town, before concluding our tour with a visit to one of the historic wineries of Marsala, where you can also taste some of the typical local wines. On our return, as a supplementary service, there will be an option to make an extra stop to visit the archaeological site of Segesta.
